How To Set Up Outlook 2007 with Your District Gmail Account

Note:  An important benefit of using Gmail IMAP is that mail downloaded to Outlook 2007 stays on the Gmail Server and remains available in other locations.  No more missing mail at home because it was downloaded to your school computer.

Also, when you click on a "mailto" link on the web - or choose to email a document from inside Word - your computer will automatically open Outlook and populate the email.
