Board Self-Constraints are specific operational actions the board places on itself and/or members that support behaviors that keep the boards’ focus on board work, align with the vision, and are grounded in community values.

Board shall not make any decision that would be perceived as personal gain.

Board shall not overstep boundaries to give administration operational advice or appear to manage.

Board shall not host fewer than one, semi-annual community meeting.

No board member shall criticize publicly, any decisions made by the body corporate or administration.
