TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES AND STUDENTS


The Sweetwater ISD Technology department is committed to supporting students and families during at home or transitional phases as well as general help with the 1:1 program.  Please review the resources on this page as well as support contact information.

Student device support and device troubleshooting (at home or onsite):
Monday - 8 am to 7:30 pm
Tuesday - 8 am to 4:15 pm
Wednesday - 8am - 4:15 pm
Thursday - 8 am to 7:30 pm
Friday - 8am - 3:45 pm

Regular support
Contact your teacher who will reach out to a Technology support person to assist during normal school hours.  If they are unable to assist please complete the form below or use one of the other methods above.

LOGIN INFORMATION

Students will either use their district Google account username/email address and password or a printed Clever badge.  Applications may be accessed via the Clever app or by accessing URLs on the intranet page and logging into Google.  On iOS, to avoid the Google credentials being stuck in Safari, it is recommended to access apps on iOS via Clever app/portal, this process attempts to log the student off when logging out of Clever as it will assist in prompting the next student to login. 

Example:

iOS:

  1. Launch Clever App
  2. Scan badge or select to login at bottom
    1. if selected login choose Google on next screen
    2. Enter Student ID (@sweetwaterisd.net should be populated, if not enter full email)
    3. Enter Google password

ChromeOS:

  1. Enter username
  2. Enter Google Password
  3. Select Clever Portal, select use Google Credentials

Ask Teachers for Student login information if not known.
