THANK YOU to the SEF & CONGRATS to SAMANTHA WEBB, DINA VILLA, ERIN THOMPSON, BRENDA BROWN, AUDRA RAINBOLT & SARAH LAMPKIN on your Learning Enhancement Opportunity Grants! #MustangSpirit #whereeachchildmatters

Mustang Family,
I wanted to offer a quick update on the phones. Partial phone service has been restored and we are now able to make and accept external calls. Please be patient as our available lines are limited and we are operating on a "soft phone" system. You may still email info@sweetwaterisd.net if you are unable to reach your campus.
Thank you,
Sonya Davison, Director of Technology

Mustangs,
Sweetwater ISD and others throughout the Region are still without phone service. I have been in communication with our provider throughout the weekend and know that they are working to rebuild their system as quickly as possible making a great deal of progress. Please continue to email your campuses directly using the staff directory from our website or contact us at info@sweetwaterisd.net if you need assistance. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this frustrating time.
Thank you,
Sonya Davison, Director of Technology

Phone service has not been restored to the District as of yet. Please continue to communicate with your campus through email. We feel certain our provider will have our phones back up and going by Monday. Email directories can be found at sweetwaterisd.net (Quick links, Staff) or you may email info@sweetwaterisd.net for general inquiries or if you are unsure who to contact.

Mustangs,
We want to hear from you! Tell us your thoughts on the 2024-2025 academic calendar before it is presented to the School Board of Trustees for approval at the February board meeting. Go to bit.ly/24-25SISD to complete the survey. The survey will close on February 15th.
Thank you for your input!

Several schools throughout the Region including Sweetwater ISD continue to be without phone service this morning as a result of a provider outage. All campuses may be reached through email for assistance. We will continue to update as we know more. Thank you.

Phone Update: We just received an update from our service provider. They are having major network issues and there is still not an estimated time of repair for the phone systems. We are one of several schools in Regions 14 and 15 without service.

Sweetwater ISD is currently experiencing a phone outage. Our provider has been contacted and we are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If you need to contact someone immediately, please email your campus. Thank you for your understanding. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Update: The issue is on our provider's end causing their entire customer base to be without service. We will update as new information is made available to us.

Congratulations to our spelling bee winners. These students will compete in a campus-wide spelling bee this month.
