Sweetwater High School will host a Senior Parent Meeting on Monday, September 28 at 6:15 PM in the SHS Library.
All 12th grade students who will be graduating this school year are encouraged to attend with a parent or guardian.
The meeting will follow Sweetwater High School Open House, which will be held from 5:00–6:00 PM.
We hope to see our seniors and their families there as we prepare for an exciting year ahead!

Congratulations to the talented members of the **Mighty Mustang Band and Guard** who auditioned for the **Region 6 Jazz Bands** this past Wednesday!
🌟 **Noah Brown** — 1st Chair Tenor Saxophone, Jazz I
🌟 **Deuce Hopkins** — 1st Chair Bass, Jazz I
🌟 **Lovelynn Guelker** — Jazz II, Trombone
🌟 **Sammy Baugh** — Jazz II, Trumpet
Noah, Deuce, and Lovelynn have also submitted recordings for consideration for the **ATSSB All-State Jazz Ensemble**, with results expected in November. We wish them the very best as they take this next step!
👏 **Bruno Gonzales** earned 1st Alternate on Bass Trombone and 2nd Alternate on Trombone.
We are also proud of **Araceli Barrientes, Harlee Baker, and Ryan Hernandez**, who auditioned and represented Sweetwater exceptionally well.
Noah, Deuce, Lovelynn, and Sammy will join other outstanding musicians from across the region for the **Region 6 Jazz Band Concert on January 30 at Clyde High School.**
