Sweetwater Middle School is excited to introduce a new, easier way for parents to report student absences and submit documentation.
While we will continue to accept paper notes, we encourage families to use our new online system for quicker and more convenient communication.
What parents need to know:
Please report an absence any time your student misses school
This can be done even if you do not have a doctor’s note
Parent notes are accepted; however, if absences become excessive, additional documentation may be requested
How to access it:
Visit the Sweetwater Middle School webpage
Click on the “Report Absence” tab
Watch the short How-To Video at the top for simple, step-by-step instructions
The video will guide you through:
Submitting an absence
Providing details
Sending documentation if needed
You can also scan the QR code on the flyer to go directly to the page.
If you need any assistance, our front office is happy to help at (325) 236-6303.
Thank you for partnering with us to keep attendance accurate and up to date!
