Earlier this season, Superintendent Reggy Spencer gave our 8th Grade Colts a little extra motivation: Score 50 points in a game, and pizza is on me! 🍕🏈
Well, our Colts took that challenge seriously! They delivered an impressive 44-point performance, but what makes this story even better is how it ended.
Rather than focusing on reaching a number, our coaches emphasized something far more important — great sportsmanship, respect for their opponents, and winning with class.
And Mr. Spencer? He decided that kind of Mustang spirit deserved a pizza party anyway! ❤️
At last night's school board meeting, these young men were recognized for their outstanding performance, teamwork, and sportsmanship — and, yes, THEY GOT THEIR PIZZA! 🍕👏
