As we launch into our 2024-25 school year, we are welcoming our new SISD Team Members. Lance Clark will be teaching at Sweetwater High School. Lance shares, "Growing up I watched my parents succeed in their fields of law enforcement and education. I was driven to explore both fields and I have fallen in love with teaching and coaching. As we launch into our 2024-25 school year, we are welcoming our new SISD Team Members. Tyler Lucas will be the Athletic Trainer at Sweetwater High School. Tyler shares, "I became an Athletic Trainer for two reasons. I grew up around the education profession with my dad being a coach/teacher and my mom a teacher, I always knew I wanted to be in the school system. Second, because I love helping athletes get back onto the playing field as quickly as possible. Watching students succeed on and off the field is always fun to be a part of! I'm most excited about being a part of a great community who love and support the school and getting to work with my family! #ForwardSweetwaterTogether #MustangSpirit
As we launch into our 2024-25 school year, we are welcoming our new SISD Team Members. Haley Tabor will be teaching at SMS & SHS. Haley shares, "I really enjoy working with students and having the opportunity to mentor middle school and high school aged kids. I also have a passion for art and tennis and I enjoy being able to share that knowledge with kids. Tennis is a lifetime sport. I like the idea of teaching kids to play a sport that they can continue to play and use to stay active even as an adult. Teaching an elective like art gives an outlet for students who are not interested in core subjects. It helps to keep some kids engaged and interested in school." #ForwardSweetwaterTogether #MustangSpirit
