Board Self-Constraints are specific operational actions the board places on itself and/or members that support behaviors that keep the boards’ focus on board work, align with the vision, and are grounded in community values.
BOARD CONSTRAINT 1 | Board shall not make any decision that would be perceived as personal gain. |
