Today was not a normal day of strength and conditioning for Mustangs and Lady Mustangs. Instead of lifting weights, today was used to lift up their community. Along with their coaches, these athletes helped to clean up storm debris throughout Sweetwater. Their offseason leadership has not gone unnoticed.
