#BondFactFriday 🎓🏫What exactly is CTE? Career and Technical Education (CTE) provides students with specialized education and training in various career fields. By offering hands-on learning opportunities, CTE programs can equip students with the technical skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their chosen careers. Additionally, CTE programs can also help students develop life skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, which are highly valued by employers.

#BondFactFriday Sweetwater ISD convened a bond planning committee, made up of parents, grandparents, business leaders, community leaders and SISD staff members to study and prioritize facility needs of the district. They met over the course of several months to develop and recommend a bond proposal plan to the Board of Trustees, who approved and called an election to be held this May.
